Pull 'Em Up Young Wankstas

Virginia has just passed a law legislating those who choose to wear their pants, well, around their knees showcasing their boxers, briefs and thongs. If you are caught displaying your underwear in a lewd manner, you are fined $50. All I have to say is - it's about damn time. Needless to say I'm sure this will be a bit controversial for some time, but then what isn't nowadays? I think this law needs to come to Tennessee and it needs to start with the malls - especially Hamilton Place.

I have always found it amazing when I see some youngun' wearing their pants so low that you are questioning how they can even walk. I mean, we know you're a hard ass and all, but showing us your undies doesn't do m uch for our opinion of your intelligence. Just because you're lowridin' yo' pants doesn't make you a gangsta. It makes you a dumbass at best. And for the ladies, if I can see your thong, it's a good bet that I've already made the jump to considering you a waste of time and a harbinger of disease. Fair enough?

As much as I agree with you on the stupidity of this particular fashion statement, I don\'t quite think the constitution provides the states with the power to legislate the proper riding height of pants. So, thumbs down to this law.
